Get professional coaching in our methods of Yoga, TRX, Strength Training and Cycling. Additionally, experience Cycle/TRX/Kick Boxing classes. There are options from 6:30am to 7:30pm M-F (check ￼schedule). We’re open 7-days a week to maximize your ￼results.
InBody biometric analysis system ensures we get a starting point so we can prove that we deliver results not only on the scale, but in movement quality and body composition.
Work towards your goals with like-minded ￼individuals. The training style in all of our classes is ￼welcoming and non-judgmental. We’ll train you regardless ￼of your prior successes or failures. Feel the motivation of ￼the group and support from the MÜV Tribe community.
With a variety of classes to choose from, you’ll be sure to find a routine that works for you. Do yoga on certain days and then use kettlebells and TRX on others. Maybe you cycle and then do kick boxing – the MÜV experience is engaging and filled with purposeful variety!
