Curtis started his move fitness weight-loss journey in November 2014. With the coaching, guidance and motivation of his trainer, Arielle at the downtown location, Curtis just finished his 2nd MÜV it & lose it challenge and is down 133 pounds!

Important Challenge Dates

Attend every weigh-in and get Entered into the $500 participation drawing (See below for details)

 

Loveland Dates

September 21st (Thursday) – 60 Day Challenge BEGINS – KICKOFF PARTY – Initial weigh-in 6pm-8pm
October 5th (Thursday) – Weigh-In and GROUP WORKOUT!! 7:00pm
October 19th (Thursday) – Weigh-In and GROUP WORKOUT!! 7:00pm
November 2nd (Thursday)- Weigh-in and GROUP WORKOUT!! – 7:00pm
November 16th (Thursday)* – 60 Day Challenge ENDS – FINAL PARTY – Final Weigh-in 6:00pm, party begins at 7:00pm

Attend EVERY weigh-in and get Entered into the $500 participation drawing (see below for drawing rules).

2 Challenges

  1. % of weight (lbs) lost (scale weight only, male and female overall only)
  2. LBS of muscle gained (body fat % and muscle mass taken with InBody Biometric scale)

$500 to the female that loses the highest % of their body weight

$500 to the male that loses the highest % of their body weight

$500 participation drawing - see below for details

$200 to the male that gains the most lbs of muscle

$200 to the female that gains the most lbs of muscle

*MUST BE PRESENT UNTIL THE END, NOVEMBER 16TH, TO RECEIVE T-SHIRT*

Drawing Rules (to be entered into the drawing)/Competition Rules:

1. Must have attended and participated in all (5) weigh-ins.
2. Kickoff and Final weigh-ins must be recorded between 6:00pm and 7:00pm.
3. Seminar/group workout weigh-ins must be recorded on the day of weigh-ins.
4. Drawing winner will be announced after the completion of Finale.
5. Previous winners may only participate in a category that they have not previously won.*
